All our phones run on a Trixbox phone system which we can install for our clients. This uses SIP technology and can be integrated into other collaboration solutions, like Office Communications Server.

All voice mail messages are e-mailed to the staff member so we never miss a call. Also it can be used for remote users with smart-phones, so even on the move, your extension and number will go with you.

This software solution is a good alternative to hardware based phone systems on the market today.
